You order the repair. Choose your model above: the price includes outbound and return shipping.

You receive an email. It contains your prepaid shipping label and a link to a secure form.

You fill in the form. Screen unlock code, IMEI number, description of the fault and contents of the parcel. Never slip your code inside the parcel: if it were opened or lost, the phone and its code would travel together.

You prepare the parcel. Back up your data as a precaution, remove the SIM card, the memory card and the case, then wrap the device in bubble wrap.

You drop off the parcel at the DHL drop-off point of your choice, using the shipping label provided. You pay nothing up front.

We repair, we test, we send it back. Allow 2 to 3 weeks from the moment we receive your phone. The return shipment includes a tracking number, and the repair is covered by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour.
