Your frequent questions about our 9H protectors

Is application risky for the screen?

Absolutely not. The installation process requires no liquid glue and no exposure to UV lamps (which are sometimes recommended with complex competing products). Adhesion happens naturally thanks to the electrostatic layer built in beneath the hardened glass plate.

How do I remove every speck of dust before fitting?

Each protector comes with a complete cleaning kit. The most effective method is to use the wet wipe, then the dry cloth, and finally to dab the entire screen surface vigorously with the large dust-catching sticker supplied (the "Dust Absorber") just before releasing the glass.

Can the glass be repositioned if it is misaligned at first?

It is possible, but calls for a delicate touch. If you notice the glass is off-centre as soon as it touches the screen, lift it immediately by gently slipping the pad of your fingernail under one corner. Never touch the adhesive side with your fingers, reposition it and let it settle down on its own.
